Refund & Return Policy – Clothizy

At Clothizy, operated by Minakshi, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at clothizy.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only after inspection of returned product
  • Once approved, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Online Payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund will be credited to the original payment method via secure payment gateway (Cashfree)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share product images for verification
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost
